Suddenly, there are new and different issues to contend with at work and in your social life, not to mention advocating for yourself with doctors. With all that everyday stress and anxiety amplified, therapy is the ideal outlet to manage things.

Yes, all consultations and therapy sessions are conducted virtually. Telehealth means you don't have to miss a session just because you don't feel well. And both of us have the ability to attend even when we can't get outside.

The purpose of virtual sessions is to make it easier to have therapy when you aren’t feeling 100%. While I understand that emergencies can arise, especially in the ICI community, please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid fees.

Like many specialty providers, I am an out-of-network clinician. I do not bill insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide a monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. For further information visit my services page.

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.

The consultation is a brief meeting (15–20 minutes) where we discuss what’s bringing you to therapy at this time. I will share my therapeutic approach, and we can see if it feels like a good fit to work together.

Yes! If you've been recently diagnosed and need additional support, I have a 10-week package where I work with you and your therapist to help both of you navigate your new normal. Email for further information.
